One of Thompson Surveying’s more recent projects, the Bunge Silo’s Project, has recently accepted it’s first grain delivery. Bunge General Manager Chris Aucote said the deliveries were relatively small but had been very exciting, and the testing process had run very smoothly.

Thompsons played a vital role in the construction process for 6 silos- 23 metres in diameter and 30 metres high, with the capacity to store up to 50,000 tonnes of grain.

“We’ve been very surprised at how quickly the build has happened” he said.

Thompsons are pleased to be apart of such an important project for WA farming, and the South-West. It’s projects like these that Thompsons pride themselves on and make them the elite in South West surveying.
